Refund and Returns Policy

At Kaamoso, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, the following return policy applies.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is sealed and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at tiisetso@kaamoso.com with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Process
To initiate a return, email tiisetso@kaamoso.com.
Approved returns will be provided with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
